Born in Newberry, he was a son of the late Bennett L. and Mamie Buzhardt Bishop. He was a graduate of Newberry College, FairleighDickinson University and the University of Maryland School of Dental Surgery. a member of the Temple House Israel at Stanton, a Marine veteran and was chairman of the Waynesboro Public Library Board. had also served with the U.S.

Public Health Service in Montana. Dr. Bishop entered tice as an orthodontist at Waynesboro in 1968 and was also affiliated with the University of Virginia Department of Dentistry. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Debra Seltzer Bishop; a daughter, Miss Bridget Bishop of Waynesboro; a son, Barnie Bishop of Waynesboro; sisters, Mrs.

Aubrey (Marguerite) Parkman of Newberry, Mrs. Peyton (Frances) Woodruff of Santa Barbara, and Mrs. Charles (Mamie) Edgeworth of Hanahan, S.C.; and brothers, Joseph R. Coleman and Robert Bishop of Newberry and Charles Bishop of Charlotte. Services will be held at 2 p.m.

Dunbar, of Route 1, Pelion, died Saturday. Born in Lexington County, she was a daughter of the late David and Willie Harriett Wanamaker Rish. Mrs. Dunbar was a former elementary school teacher and a member of Florence Baptist Church and a Sunday School teacher. She conceived the idea of building the church and solicited funds for the present sanctuary.

Gerald Ross Pascal, 76, died Thursday. Born in Raritan, N.J., he was a son of the late Anthony and Mary Ross Pascal. Dr. Pascal moved to Jackson in 1964, where he was director of the Pascal Clinic. He had written several books and had numerous achievements in psychology.
